Denis was born on the 3 of May 1991 in city Pit-Yach of Tymenregion. When he was 4 months congenital intestinal obstruction was discovered by him. Bouginage was made domiciliary. In 1995 he had referral for advice in Russian clinical hospital for children (RDKB).
Now Denis is 15 years old, and he has come through 17 operations since he was born.
Denis’s Diagnosis:
Completed recto urology pathology, anal rectal fistula, encopresis. It is needed to do esophagoplasty and replacement (or idle capacity) of teflon paste. Urologist diagnoses nonreflexed urinary bladder with low reservoir function. Denis has enuresis after implantation of teflon paste. Diagnosis of endocrinologist is double cryptorchidism.
 Denis has a sister, Kate. She is 16 years old and also an invalid. From childhood she has had problems with health as Denis, but her parents could not pay for the operations, because they have not enough money over Denis’s medical treatments.
Kate’s Diagnosis: Dolichosigmoid, chronic constipation, static infantilism of anal sphincter, encopresis. Chronic colitis. Biliary dyskinesia and malformation of gallbladder. Caudal regression syndrome. Myelodysplasia of spine (over it she has strong pain in legs). Breach of motor function.
